Bellafont

Named for its location on Bellafont Boulevard in Fayetteville, the Bellafont Building is a 16,000 SF single-story multi-tenant office space. The owners requested a simple black and white contemporary theme, enabling the actual design of the building to have refined variation - they did not want a plain “rectangular” building. Variations on the exterior emphasize the individual tenant suits, while still creating a cohesive language for the building as a whole.
The 4 lease spaces create quadrants, connected by a central corridor. A covered patio extends the space to the outside. To further expand the space, some of the leasable spaces incorporate a double-height ceiling with clerestory windows; this allows for additional interior light to enter the space.
