Founders Hall is a mixed-use building in the heart of the University of Arkansas campus, consisting of street-level retail, dining and 214 beds for university housing. Core Architects worked on a team of architects and engineers for the design and coordinated closely with the construction manager during construction. The exterior design and materials used on the building help to contextualize it into the McIlroy Hill district of campus, integrating it with the collegiate Gothic architecture of Gregson Hall and Gibson Hall. The dining area provides an expansion to Brough Commons, while other common areas provide spaces for gathering, studying, and socializing.

In 2014, Founders Hall was the recipient of the STUDENT LIFE Award, recognized by the Fayetteville Chamber of Commerce and The Construction & Developers Committee. This acknowledges the efforts of the recipient to create a project that will positively impact the way students live and in their pursuit of education.
