JJ’s Grill

Local restaurant JJ’s expanded their franchise to open their 1st Fayetteville location on Dickson Street. This almost 5,000 SF renovation and addition infilled what once was Jose’s Mexican Grill’s outdoor eating space. The original Jose’s building was setback 40 feet, creating a void along the established building edges of Dickson Street.
The restaurant’s main entrance is now directly off Dickson Street and completes the corner of the site with a mix of brick veneer, storefront, and rustic metal siding. Live music, dancing, and people-watching is still available underneath a year-round, indoor/outdoor dining space; the roofline of the revamped seating space aligns with the new entry and the existing neighboring building to the east, creating a ‘picture window’ frame to an energetic street side.
