Wanting to break away from the standard warehouse mold, the CrossMar Industrial Park is a speculative industrial space which features glass entries as a focal point to create a welcoming facade for the office and storage space extending beyond. Located amid many industrial storage facilities along Airport Boulevard, this project stands apart despite its standard construction techniques. Of the master plan, Industrial 1 and Industrial 2 have already completed construction.
